We have our own laboratory to check or to match suitable rubber blend depending on temperature, endurance and environment requirements (water, greases, oils, chemical substances). (see raw materials)
We have a certificate of National Institute of Hygiene which allows our products to be used in contact with drinking water and food.
Testing of basic rubber's properties contain:
- tensile strength,
- elongation at break,
- permanent deformation,
- brittleness point.
Dependending on requirements claimed for finished articles, investigations of supplementary properties of rubber are led:
- heat ageing,
- tear resistance,
- rubber – metal bonding,
- abrasion resistance,
- standard liquid ageing: oils, solvents,
- flame resistance,
- electric resistance,
- ozone resistance,
- elasticity, rebound and dynamic properties.
