QUALITY

Laboratory
We have our own laboratory to check or to match suitable rubber blend depending on temperature, endurance and environment requirements (water, greases, oils, chemical substances). ( See Raw materials)
We have a certificate of National Institute of Hygiene which allows our products to be used in contact with drinking water and food.
Testing of basic rubber's properties contain:
  • hardness,
  • tensile strength,
  • elongation at break,
  • permanent deformation,
  • brittleness point.
Dependending on requirements claimed for finished articles, investigations of supplementary properties of rubber are led:
  • heat ageing,
  • tear resistance,
  • rubber – metal bonding,
  • abrasion resistance,
  • standard liquid ageing: oils, solvents,
  • flame resistance,
  • electric resistance,
  • ozone resistance,
  • staining,
  • elasticity, rebound and dynamic properties.
Measurements
We make systematic inspections and measure controls to guarantee high quality of manufactured products.
We are able to react quickly to appearing constructional changes and customers' requirements, assuring stability and repeatability of dimensions.
ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004
We have Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004. The percentage of complaints in relation to the quantity of produced articles carried out within last 3 years is 0%. Thanks to it, our customers can be 100% certain that delivered articles will fulfil their quality requirements in all respect.
